Terms of Service

By installing or using the AISO.guru app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.

1. Description of Service

AISO.guru is a Shopify Application designed to optimize e-commerce stores for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The Service reads your store's public content (products, pages, blogs) to automatically generate files such as llms.txt and semantic structured data.

2. Non-Interference with Theme Code

We respect the integrity of your store's design. AISO.guru does not modify, inject code into, or alter your Shopify Theme files (Liquid files). Our Service operates by generating external files and metadata that do not interfere with your store's visual front-end or core theme architecture.

3. Billing and Refunds

  • Subscription: The Service is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Shopify's Billing API.
  • No Refunds: As AISO.guru offers digital goods and immediate access to server-side optimization tools, all payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused services.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store. The cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. While we strive to improve your store's visibility to AI models:

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic results from AI search engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Google SGE).
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data and content in your Shopify store. AISO.guru retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its underlying software, algorithms, and generated file structures.

6. Support

We provide technical support via email. While we aim to respond to all inquiries promptly, we do not guarantee specific response times. You may contact us at support@aiso.guru for assistance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
